Tommy Lee: Never a Dull Moment
Tommy Lee's first album in three years, Never a Dull Moment, is in stores now. And thanks to a
contentious relationship with his ex-wife, Pamela Anderson, there really is never a dull moment in
Tommy's life. Last March, Pamela accused Tommy of giving her hepatitis C. Access Hollywood's Pat
O'Brien sat down with Tommy to get his side of the story for the first time.
Tommy is on the record and confronting his medical controversy. Pat talked with the rocker during
a radio appearance on Rockline to promote his new album. When asked about his his health,
Tommy said: "My health is good."
Tommy, whose real life easily lives up to the title, is planning to let fans see how outrageous
his world really is. The star revealed that he has his own "Ozzy Osbourne-esque" reality show
in the works. "I'm not sure if I can say this, but it's in works with a major, major network
and we are this close to locking one down. It's a reality show, but instead of like Ozzy's at
his house, this will go everywhere I go … on the road, to the sound check, to the bus, to
a record store, to a massage parlor."
Tommy said that the show might also be called Never a Dull Moment, but don't expect total
access to "Tommy Land." One thing that is off limits is his child custody battle with Pamela
Anderson. "I don't think it's cool to air out all the dirty laundry in public. It's not cool
for my kids. That's the number one priority, because one day they will grow up and watch
or hear some of this. It's for them."
Access also found out that a Los Angeles judge ruled that the file of Tommy and Pamela's
custody battle is now closed to the media. |

"Never A Dull Moment" in stores now!!
From www.etonline.com:
Tommy Shoots From the Hip
Working hard to put his troubled past with PAMELA ANDERSON behind him, TOMMY LEE is shooting
straight with a new solo album, Never a Dull Moment, and a new outlook on life. Tonight on ET,
get the story behind his incredible new video featuring Cirque du Soleil -- and the latest on
his bitter child custody battle!
"I'm slowly moving into a no-drama zone," Tommy tells ET. "Things are starting to calm down
a little bit."
While Pam's engagement to KID ROCK dominates the headlines alongside allegations that
Tommy gave her hepatitis C -- which the rocker denies -- a battle for full custody of their
two young children rages on in court. So how are the kids, DYLAN and BRANDON, ages 5 and 6,
handling their parent's tug-of-war?
"Right now I'm going through a little bit of custody hell," Tommy acknowledges, "so [my kids] are
feeling a little bit of that because there's therapists and stuff in their life, and [it's] so
silly at this age to be going through that. But hopefully that will be over real soon and
they'll be spending as much time with their dad as they do with their mom."
Tommy told ET that he hasn't spoken with Pamela in quite some time, and said that may be one
of the foundations of their ongoing rift.
"We don't communicate and that's the problem. That's why this is all going on, actually."
Offsetting the myriad problems of his personal life, the former Motley Crue drummer and
Methods of Mayhem singer is excited about his professional career, ready to be out on his
own with his new project. He wrote every track on Never a Dull Moment and even recorded it
in the customized studio in his Malibu home.
"I needed to break out and do something different and Motley Crue -- which was awesome -- they
just wanted to stay doing what they do," he explains. "On a personal level, it was a little
dysfunctional with a certain member in the band, so those two things sort of helped me make
up my mind. It was time to go do something totally brand-new and something totally different."
Tonight on ET, get more on Tommy's never-dull existence, plus the latest on his current
squeeze, MAYTE GARCIA, the former wife of PRINCE who will be dancing with Tommy on tour! |
